1. Ability to Select from Multiple Templates while Requesting or Sending Documents
With the Multiple Template feature, you will be able to
Create multiple templates for a single Object. Each Template will have a different set of Text Messages, Email Subject, Email Messages, and Link Messages.
Select the Default Template.
Â
Request/Send Forms will display the Templates available for the Parent Object as a drop-down. Upon Selection, respective Text/Email Messages will get populated in the Form.
2. Send File Tags while Requesting Documents
Predefine List of Documents to request for Each Template.
Â
File Tags will auto-populate based on the Template. In case no File Tag is defined for the template, the section will not be displayed on the Form.
3. Uploaded Documents will be attached to the respective Tags
4. Media Files Component will keep a track of the Files uploaded/missed for the Requested Tags.
Scenario 1: Documents are uploaded for all the Requested Tags
Â
Scenario 2: Documents are not uploaded for all the requested tags. Media File Component will display the names of the Tags for which the documents are not uploaded.
5. Files attached to the Template (Request Type: Send Media) will be available for selection while Sending the Files.
The above feature is beneficial when the same files need to be sent out to multiple customers.
6. Navigate to the File Request from the Success Toast
