New Feature - (SMS and eFax)

1. Send Bulk SMS from any Standard or Custom Object List View

With this feature, you will able to send SMS in Bulk

Here Select From Number is the number that will be used to send out the Bulk SMS.
Select To Column allows you to Select the Phone field that has the stored number on each record to which the SMS will be sent.
Upon Selection of Column, it will show based on the records selected how many records have valid numbers and how many of the records have missing numbers. (Screenshot below for reference.)

You can either use the Templates or type in the SMS in the Text Area. (Dynamic templates are also supported)
Send SMS button will initiate the bulk SMS functionality ONLY ON THE VALID NUMBERS

Enhancements - (Secure File Transport)

1. Re-Send File Requests

In cases where the customers did not receive the File Requests or File Requests failed for some reason, you will now have the capability to resend the same request.

A button has been added to the File Request record.

2. Add Dynamic Template in the Text/Email Template Records

With this feature, you can have dynamic content in the Template based on the Object from where the File Request will be initiated.
