  1. The SMS message character length is set as 3000. The text message in the component will be shown only until 3000 characters and also the sms message will only be sent upto 3000 characters.

  2. If the SMS is set up on two objects let’s say Object 1 and Object 2. And if in SOSL query priority is set for Object 2. Then also, if message is sent from Object 1 and if the user responds back to the message, then the message will be attached to Object 1. Here the SMS application is set up on both Contact and Lead and Lead has priority in SOSL. But the messages are getting attached to contact object.

  3. In the File Request Object, the Component on the Media File Component shows the correct text based on the Sent and Completed status.

  4. There is a button added to the File Request record. 'Get Latest Status'. It throws the error when trying to get the Status of the File Request which doesn't have Request Id and/or not in the Sent status. In case no file has been uploaded yet, it will show you the message accordingly. If files have been uploaded, it will show you a message that Status request has been initiated.

  • When the user uploads the file, and click on the button ‘Get Latest Status’ then message will be pop up as Status Request has been generated. Please try after some time. When one click on the close button, the page will refresh and the status would be updated as completed.
