New Features

Bulk eFax

This feature helps you to send eFaxes in bulk

  • Select contacts for sending eFax in bulk and click on ‘Send Bulk eFax’ button.

 

  • Select number in “Select to Column'. Upload the file which is to be sent in bulk and Click ‘Send eFax’.

 

Bulk Voice Mail

This feature allows you to send voicemails in bulk.

  • Select contacts for sending voicemail in bulk and click on ‘Send Voicemail’ button..

 

  • Select number in “Select to Column'. Upload the mp3 file which is to be sent in bulk and Click ‘Send Voicemail’.

 

Sending a Voicemail from the component

This new feature allows you to voicemails from the SMS component.

  • Click on Voicemail icon as shown below.

  • Click on ‘Upload File' and then when the file is uploaded, it will be visible in the table below. Select the file and click on 'Send Voicemail’.

Disable/Enable Functionality

This feature allows you to disable/enable ringless voicemail, typing ability and clear message history functionalities. You can also disable a feature on the basis of the Profiles.

  • Click on the gear icon and go to setup.

  • In the Quick Find box, type ' Custom Seetings' and then click on ‘Manage’ of “Functionality setting'.

  • For Organization-wide setting, Click on ‘edit’ and mark the checkbox as true to disable functionality.

  • You can also disable/enable these functionalities for a specific profile by clicking on’New' button as shown below.

  • Search for the Profile you want to apply the the setting to. Mark the checkboxes as true to disable the functioanality.

 

Please Note: The profile-specific setting will override the org-wide setting for that particular profile.
