How to setup SMS Bot

  1. Log in to your Salesforce Org. 

  2. Go to the SMS Bot Tab and create a new campaign. 

  3. Click on Add Campaign. 

  4. Enter the Campaign name and Keywords. Select the Object from dropdown. Mark the checkbox as true for Active and save it.

     

5. When the Customer sends the Keyword an Automated inbound message will be sent to customer.

6. Customer has sent a keyword ‘App’ as shown below.

7. An Automated Inbound message has been sent to customer as shown below.
