How to send Bulk SMS

1. Log in to your Salesforce Org. 

2. Go to all Contact Records. 

3. Select the Records for whom you want to send SMS.

4. Click on Send Bulk SMS Button.

5. You will see below component. ‘From’ number would be autopopulated.

6. Choose the field from Select to Coulmn Component.

7. When we choose the field(say Phone), you will be able to see the records which have value populated in Mobile field and Also the records which do not have values in Phone field. 

8. You can either select Template or you can enter Message Manually. 

9. Click on Send SMS Button.
