SMS Bell Notification Flow

SMS Bell Notification – Flow

  • Click on New flow.

  • Select Record Triggered flow

  • Click on Free form.

  •  Select SMS Message object.

  • Select when a record Is created or updated.

  • Set conditions.

1. Select All Conditions are Met.

2. Parent Record id – Is Null – False.

3. Parent Record Id – Starts with – first three digit of parent record id (eg: 003).

4. Contact – Is Null – False.

  • Drag Decision Element onto the canvas and set conditions in Decision element.

  • Drag Get Records Element on to the canvas and get custom notification.

  1. Select Custom notification Type Object.

  2. Select All Conditions are Met.

  3. Set Developer Name – Equals – Custom Notification Api Name.

  • Drag Assignment element on to the Canvas and create a new variable with Data type text.

  •  And assign record owner id to the variable.

  • Drag Action on to the canvas and set values.

  1. Custom notification Type ID – Add Get record element Api name.

  2. Notification Body –Add Text message field.

  3. Notification Title – Create a Text template and add it.

  1. Recipient Id – Assign record owner Assignment Api Name.

  2. Enable Target Id – Provide Record id owner field.

  • Connect all the elements on the canvas as shown below and save the flow.

  • Debug the flow and activate it.
