User Guide - Bank Connect
Login to the Salesforce account using your credentials.
Go to the desired Record.
Make sure to Populate the required fields First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone Fields of the related Account for Bank Verification Request.
Click on Bank Verification Request Button.
As you can see all the fields are auto populated.
Choose the Plaid Products.
Click on Submit Button.
Congratulations ! You have successfully created a Bank Verification Request.
The User will get an email in the below format.
Now the user needs to hit the VERIFY ACCOUNT button to verify the Bank Account.
Now the User needs to click the continue button.
Select the bank based on requirement.
Enter the credentials and Click on Submit.
Click on Continue button.
The User will receive an acknowledgment as shown below.
Go to the related section tab and click on Bank verification record.
