How to Add a Team Member in Plaid Account

This documents describes the steps involved in adding Cloud Maven representative to the Plaid account.

 

  1. Login into the Plaid Dashboard with your unique credentials provided by Plaid

  2. Go to Team Settings --> Members

  3. Click on Add a Team Member.

  4. FirstName: {Rep First Name}, LastName: {Rep Last Name}, Email: {Rep Email}

  5. Click Next

  6. Select the checkbox for

  • General →

    • Support(Ability to raise tickets on behalf of the Client in case of any issue with the data)

    • Team Management(Ability to see the API Keys)

  • API Secrets →

    • Production, Development, Sandbox

7. Click on Send Invitation
