Process Builder to Update Status Description Field

  • Click on the Gear Icon and click setup.

  • In Quick find box search for Process Builder.

  • Click New.

  • Select Alert as the Object.

  • For “Start the Process” Option select “Only when Record is Created”.

  • Click on Add Criteria.

     

  • In Conditions select “Status Description”

  • Operator = Contains

  • Type = String

  • Freeze OR Frozen

  • Click on Add Action.

  • Action Name - Update Credit Report Record

  • Record - Credit Report

  • Field - Status Description

  • Type - String

  • Value - “Credit File Frozen, Please ask the Consumer to unlock the File and try to pull again.

  • Save and Activate
