1.Go to Setup – Quick find – search for ‘Permission Set’ and Assign ‘Cloud Maven - DocGen & eSign – Admin' set . Click on ‘Manage Assignment’ as shown in below image and assigned set to required users.

2.Go to Setup – Quick find – Site. Create the salesforce Site and add all the details as shown below and click on save.

3.Go to Search and search for DocGen site guest user as shown in below image.

4.Click on DocGen site guest user and go to profile. Click on Profile and give access to below Apex Classes.

5.Go to Quick find and Custom Settings – Click on Manage and Click on ‘DocGen & eSign Configuration’. 

Click on Edit of Logo URL and Organization URL as shown below.

Logo URL: Add Client logo URL. 

Organization URL: Add org URL till force.com.

Signing Link : Please add Site which we have created above including Path and add “?sign=”

Visualforce URL : Please contact to Cloud Maven team for Visualforce URL.

6.Go to Object Manager – Select the Source object and click on ‘Button, Links and Action ‘and Click on New Action as shown below.

7.Enter details as shown below and create new Action. Add ‘Generate Document’ button in ‘Mobile and Lightening Action ‘section on Page layout as shown below.

Congratulations 🎉 , DocGen and eSign setup has been completed successfully.

Note : Credentials will be added by Cloud Maven team. Please reach out to Cloud maven team for the reference.
