SMS Template Folders
This feature helps you to categorize SMS templates into folders and select accordingly while sending a message.

The templates will be categorized into folders and appear in component as shown below. The user will be conveniently able to select the template from their desired folders.

Number Lookup Service on SMS Component
This feature allows the user to check if the number is valid or invalid before sending the message.

Please note that currently we do not restrict any message while sending based on the Number lookup result. This is just an identifier to mark the numbers as valid or invalid and for you to check before sending any messages.
Contact Name on the Chat Screen
This new feature shows you the Contact Name from the Source Object. In case of SMS Inbox you can easily navigate to the Source record by clicking on it.

Ability to add the Grand Parent Record
This new feature allows you to add the Grand parent record and access the parent object from the chat component.
This can be done by writing some custom logic to populate the Grand Parent details on the SMS Message record. It will be displayed in the chat component as shown below. The user will be able to navigate to the Grand Parent record by clicking this link.
In the below example, the SMS component is on the Contact record and Cloud Maven Test is the Account record.

Ability to clear chat from the component
This feature gives the user the ability to delete chat from the SMS component. In case, there are multiple phone numbers, it will only delete the chat of the selected number.

Please note that it will be a soft delete and the messages can be restored on the component with a small update.

This feature gives the user to preview MMS before sending it to the customers.
